Services and Rates

• Trip Charge

  Our trip charge for the metro Denver area of $29.95 gets an HP certified technician to your location with replacement parts for most repairs. There is only one trip charge per repair event even if a return trip is necessary as in the case of a special order part.

• Labor Rate

  Since most repairs can be accomplished in 30 minutes or less by a competent technician, we bill in 15 minute increments at $24.00 each ($96.00/hour). Most repairs total less than $75.00 including trip charge, labor and parts. Labor discount for multiple printer cleanings.

• Response Time

  Next day service is typical, however, we can generally provide same day service if we're contacted by noon.

• Warranty

  We warranty parts and labor on all repairs for 90 days from the date of service. Ask how you can extend the warranty to 180 days!
